Vernon J. Gayle is a Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Stirling and is responsible for teaching research methods and data analysis. His own research is mainly concerned with analyzing social and economic data using generalized linear models. In addition he has undertaken research regarding the issues surrounding information technology and the university teaching and learning environment. He has also conducted research into a complementary treatment regimen for cancer patients.
