Joanne McKenzie

Joanne McKenzie is currently undertaking doctoral research in the Department of Theology and Religion at Durham University. The project is focused on how class shapes contemporary conservative evangelical Christianity and is funded by the AHRC. In 2013, Joanne was a doctoral research fellow on the AHRC International Placement Scheme at the John W. Kluge Centre at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. She is the co-editor of Materiality and the Study of Religion: The Stuff of the Sacred (forthcoming from Routledge).
