Luis Roxo (MA) is a graduated psychologist and has been working as a researcher in projects related to sexuality and breast cancer screening in the Epidemiology Unit, Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Faculty of Lisbon. He also works in epidemiology related tasks at Regional Oncology Register – South (ROR-Sul).

Alain Giami (PhD) is currently research professor at the Inserm (National Institute of Health and Medical Research) in Paris, where he coordinates a research group on the relations between sexuality, medicine and gender issues. He has published several books and has also published about 100 papers in peer reviewed journals in English, French and Portuguese.
