Annebella Pollen
Dr Annebella Pollen is Senior Lecturer in the History of Art and Design at the University of Brighton and a former Mass Observer. In 2009-10 she held the post of Research Fellow for the University of Brighton-funded project Methodological Innovations: Using Mass Observation. Her PhD research into the 55,000 One Day for Life photographs of the Mass Observation Archive’s Related Collections is forthcoming as a book entitled Mass Photography: Collective Histories of Everyday Life. Other publications include articles and book chapters in History Workshop Journal, History and Memory, Photography and Culture and Textile History.
