David Voas
David Voas is Professor of Population Studies in the Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of Essex. He is the national programme director in Great Britain for the European Values Study and co-director of British Religion in Numbers (www.brin.ac.uk). He serves on the editorial boards of the British Journal of Sociology and the Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion. His research focuses on the causes and consequences of value change and ethno-religious change in modern society.
