Dr Nalita James is a Lecturer in Employment Studies in the Centre for Labour Market Studies at the School of Management. Her research interests lie in the sociology of education and include: higher education; transitions from school to university and from education to work; academic working lives and identities. Her methodological research interests include the use of the internet in qualitative research and cyber-ethnography.
