Lyndsay M.C. Hayhurst
Lyndsay obtained her BAH degree in Sociology and Global Development Studies from Queen's University at Kingston, her MA from the University of British Columbia in the Faculty of Education, and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in the Collaborative Graduate Program in Women's Health, the Comparative Program on Health and Society and the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education. Her publications have appeared in Progress in Development Studies, Third World Quarterly, and Gender, Place and Culture. She is currently a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and Sport Canada postdoctoral fellow at the University of Ottawa in the School of Human Kinetics and Institute of Women's Studies.
