As a Senior Lecturer within the School of Applied Social Sciences, University Campus Suffolk and Course Leader of the online programme BA (Hons) Children, Young People and Policy (ChYPP), Jessica's current teaching commitments are spread across undergraduate and postgraduate sociology, youth studies and childhood studies programmes and focus on the social studies of childhood and youth including research with children, health and illness, youth culture, embodied childhoods and children's geographies. A career background running Social Science HE Programmes in FE Environments is combined with academic study at the Department of Sociology and the Institute for Social and Economic Research, University of Essex in the fields of sociology and social research methods.
