Harriet Shortt
Harriet is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of the West of England in the Bristol Business School, UK. Her research focuses on the often 'over-looked' and 'under-researched' people in organisations, specifically, the work of hairdressers and other service workers. Broadly her work lies within the field of critical organisation studies and explores organisational space, objects and identity. She has an expertise in innovative visual methodologies, specifically, participant-led photography and collaborative photo-interviews.
