Lee F. Monaghan
Lee F. Monaghan is Senior Lecturer in Sociology, University of Limerick. He is the author of Bodybuilding, Drugs and Risk (2001) and Men & the War on Obesity (2008), both published by Routledge. Lee recently co-edited Debating Obesity (Palgrave, 2010) and is working on two books with colleagues in the UK and Canada. He has published in journals such as the British Journal of Sociology, Sociological Review and Social Science & Medicine.

Micheal O'Flynn
Micheal O'Flynn is an Associate Lecturer in Social Science with the Open University. He is the author of Profitable Ideas: The Ideology of the Individual in Capitalist Development (2009), published by Brill Academic Publishers (republished by Haymarket Books in 2012); and has recently co-edited Marxist Perspectives on Irish Society (2011), published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing. He has also published in Critique: Journal of Socialist Theory, New Proposals: Journal of Marxism and Interdisciplinary Inquiry and Critical Sociology.
