John Goodwin
John Goodwin is a Reader in Sociology and Head of Department at the Centre for Labour Market Studies at the University of Leicester. His main research interests are young workers and the transition from education to work; the secondary analysis of qualitative data; biographical methods; figurational sociology and Norbert Elias. He is currently undertaking research for a biography of the sociologist Ilya Neustadt exploring the correspondence between Neustadt and Norbert Elias (1962-1964) and Neustadt's role in the development of sociology at Leicester.

Henrietta O'Connor
Henrietta O'Connor is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Labour Market Studies at the University of Leicester. Her main research interests focus on youth transitions from school to work and qualitative research methods, in particular the secondary analysis of qualitative data and the use of online research methods.
